In our CNC turning department, we produce turned parts with a maximum diameter of 42 mm using 17 modern CNC turning machines. These parts are made from both solid bar and tube material.

Our turning department is equipped with both short- and long-turning machines, varying in different production techniques and clamping ranges. With a good mix of short and long orders, production capacity is utilized as efficiently as possible. This allows for flexible planning, high output, and the ability to achieve a low production cost.

24/7 Production

Each machine in our fleet is equipped with a pick-up spindle and has the capability to produce with driven tools. Bar changes are fully automated through the barloader. The chip removal system with high-pressure ensures the removal of chips and tool cooling. This allows us to operate and produce 24/7.

Cost-effective

Thanks to our expertise, efficient communication through short lines, and tactical procurement processes, we are able to act quickly and provide a suitable quote. The goal during the quoting phase is to think along with product development from the initial request, thereby creating the most cost-effective product for you.

Cleaning & Packaging

We always deliver our products cleaned. This process takes place in the washing department, where the products are cleaned with a biodegradable alkaline detergent. Before the products are packaged, there is an option for tumbling or polishing. Packaging is done either loose or packed per unit. Additionally, preserving products for a longer period is also possible.

We are also familiar with both surface and heat treatments.

Galvanizing, chemical blackening, anodizing, wet painting, glass bead blasting, powder coating, KTL coating, Geomet, and thermal and induction hardening.

Verder zijn wij bekend met FMEA (Failure mode and effects analysis), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) en RoHS & Reach. Ook kunnen wij materiaalcertificaten en uitgebreide meetrapporten verzorgen bij de aanlevering van uw producten.
