In our plastic injection molding department, we produce plastic products using 9 modern injection molding machines. These products range in weight from 0.1 grams to a maximum of 1 kilogram.

Our plastic injection molding department is equipped with machines that vary in different production techniques and clamping forces ranging from 15 to 320 tons. With a good mix of short and long runs, production capacity is utilized as efficiently as possible. This allows for flexible planning, high output, and the ability to achieve a low production cost.

24/7 Production

Each machine in our fleet is equipped with a pick-up robot or arm picker. Our injection points are automatically reprocessed during production. Thanks to the use of conveyor belts and automated lines, products are directly placed into the agreed packaging with the customer. Each machine is capable of operating 24/7.

Materials

We not only process standard materials such as PP, PE, and PS, but also engineering plastics like PA (Nylon), POM, and ABS. We also have capabilities for 2K injection molding, which allows us to combine two different materials or colors into one product. Additionally, we process various materials with glass filling.

Cost technical

Thanks to our expertise, efficient communication through short lines, and tactical procurement processes, we are able to act quickly and provide a suitable quote. The goal during the quoting phase is to think along with product and mold development from the initial request, thereby creating the most cost-effective product for you.

Packaging is done either loose or packed per unit.

Dit alles doen wij volgens het ISO 9001 certificaat, welke wij inmiddels al meer dan 25 jaar in ons bezit hebben.

Verder zijn wij bekend met FMEA (Failure mode and effects analysis), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) en RoHS & Reach. Ook kunnen wij materiaalcertificaten en uitgebreide meetrapporten verzorgen bij de aanlevering van uw producten.
